Thank you for visiting the Michael Andrew's New Download Store! We realize you will have some questions and this is where most of them will be answered.

What do I need to access the video downloads?

-Downloads are great for those customers with good internet connections who live overseas. When I say "good connection" I mean a very fast connection that does not time out. The downloads are stored on an extremely fast server and most files will download in 20 minutes or less depending on how fast your connection is. If you have a very slow connection, it may be better to order a DVD, which can also be done on the site.

Ive purchased a video. If for whatever reason I need to download it again, how do I do it?

Can I share my videos with my friends?

Sharing of video files is not permitted and is considered piracy. If you know of anyone doing this, please report them directly to Michael: shiffler(at)gmail.com. Videos are also tagged in such a way that we can identify who purchased the video if it shows up on the internet, so we discourage you from "seeding". CanonTrainingVideo.com is the ONLY authorized website to allow for downloading of Michael's Videos, all other sites are sponsoring piracy. Michael loses 99% of his income each year to piracy, so your support is definitely appreciated. The penalty for piracy is up to $250,000 and 5 years in prison per incident. For a $40 video, it just isn't worth the risk.

What if I don’t have a Paypal Account, How can I order?

-Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit card through paypal by looking on the checkout screen when taken to the paypal page. This screen often changes, but look for the credit card logos, and a link nearby. Paypal will allow you to use your credit card without having an account with them.

If you are having trouble finding this link, just email us and we will send you an invoice through paypal, this will also work, even if you don’t have an account with them.

"Delivered" on your account page in the store only means that the order has been "delivered" to our shipping department, not delivered to your shipping address. Even with our standard Priority shipping, it takes 2-4 days before you will receive your order. :)

Where is my tracking information for DVDs?

How long does it take before I receive my order?

For mail orders, we send them out the next business day. If you live in the US, expect 5-7 days. International orders usually take 7-14 days, but can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on where you live. Downloads, such as the Videos are available immediately after purchase.

How much is it to ship DVDs internationally?

The base rate of $9.95, is First Class International (this can be anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on where you live). If you would like expedited shipping (5-10 days with tracking information) this can be arranged for $30 Priority shipping fee. We also have an Express option of $65 which is 2-3 days, anywhere in the world. These options will be available at checkout if you are outside the US. There are also various Fed Ex Options Available.

I’ve purchased a download and lost it because my computer crashed. Can I get another copy?

Absolutely- The store is set up so you may re-download your purchase in the event you should lose it. These are available for you to download through your account on the store.
